Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is urgently hiring for Behavior Technicians! We offer full-time positions in our Raynham, MA center with options to gain more experience in home, school, and community settings.  
 
Our team of clinical professionals provides continuous career support and advancement opportunities with comprehensive paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We encourage students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health to apply today!  


Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour 
 
Requirements 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools, 8:00am-4:00pm in centers, and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings. 
  • Childcare experience required 
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Proof of Flu vaccination encouraged
  • Must be comfortable providing a portion of services in home and/or community settings, as needed to meet MassHealth requirements

Job Duties
  • ABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
  • Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, speak, and listen to children. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to push items of 50 lbs. Such as pushing children on a bike, pulling a wagon or moving/rearranging furniture. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.
  • Other Duties: Performance of other reasonably related duties are assigned by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Center for Behavioral, Educational, and Social Therapies (CBEST), now proudly part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for kiddos with behavioral needs in the Downtown LA area.
