Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Occupational Therapists in San Fernando Valley, CA and the surrounding areas where you can provide state of the art services to children that help us in Transforming Lives Together!  Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hourEarn $250+ per Behavioral or Mental Health hire with our employee referral program  Position Overview:Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist (OT) provides OT services to clients in home and community settings, performing evaluations, therapy, and caregiver training.Key Responsibilities:Conduct home/community therapy and teletherapy sessions.Perform developmental, OT, feeding, and sensory evaluations.Use standardized assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, Behavioral Analysts).Provide direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing caregiver training.Document progress, collect data, and ensure adherence to privacy policies.Supervise COTAs, providing guidance and maintaining service quality.Administrative Duties:Submit timely assessments and progress reports.Train new COTAs and coordinate schedules.Review data, audit COTA documentation, and conduct program evaluations.Qualifications:Master's degree in OT with a California OT license.5+ years OT experience, 2+ years with children (0-7) with autism.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Reliable transportation and ability to serve diverse families.Physical & Technical Requirements:Ability to perform physical tasks (kneeling, sitting on the floor).Proficiency in Office 365. About Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group The Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
