In this role, you will work side-by-side with teachers, paraprofessionals, support teams, and school leaders to build practical, sustainable behavior support practices that can be carried forward across school settings.What You Will DoCoach and support educators in real classroom settings.Help teams strengthen routines, transitions, reinforcement systems, regulation supports, student engagement, and proactive behavior strategies.Model practical strategies and provide supportive, non-punitive feedback.Use observation data to identify priorities and guide meaningful next steps.Facilitate PLCs, staff consultation, and professional learning.Partner with school and district leaders to support consistent implementation.Support documentation, progress monitoring, implementation reviews, and reporting.Help build sustainable classroom systems that improve student engagement, reduce barriers, and increase access to instruction.What Makes This Role DifferentThis is not a traditional BCBA caseload role. You will not be limited to writing plans from a distance or working only with individual students.
