Services are delivered in person, on campus, during the regular school day.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Individual Counseling Services on Campus: Deliver strengths-based, culturally responsive therapy to students in alignment with IEP or 504 plan goals. Use evidence-based interventions to support social-emotional development, behavior regulation, and academic engagement.Collaborate with School Teams: Build strong working relationships with school staff and special education teams. Attend IEP meetings, contribute to student support planning, and ensure alignment between therapeutic services and educational needs.Support Goal Tracking and Progress Monitoring: Provide services at the frequency and duration outlined in each student's IEP or commensurate plan.
