Role Overview 
As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full-time schedule if desired. 
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility now with the option to grow. 
 
What You'll Do 
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision 
  • Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings 
  • Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children 
  • Collect accurate session data and progress notes 
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors 
  • Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills 
  • Support skill generalization across environments

  • Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations 
  • Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement 
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region 
  • Valid driver's license and punctual attendance 
  • Comfort working across home, school, and community settings 
  • No prior ABA experience required - we train you
