Role Overview
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
  • Collect accurate session data and progress notes
  • Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)
  • High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $23.00 - $32.00/hour
  • Bachelor's Degree: $24.00 - $32.00/hour
Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:
  • Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
  • Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
  • Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
  • Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
  • Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
  • No prior ABA experience required - we train you
