Manager Education Partnerships

Role-Based Mission:
In this role, you will lead growth and partnership development across a defined territory. You will build trusted relationships with district leaders, understand their priorities and challenges, and identify opportunities for meaningful partnership. Working closely with regional, clinical, operational, and service-line teams, you will connect districts with customized solutions across workforce staffing, behavioral and mental health services, professional development, and programmatic support. You will be accountable for developing new opportunities, advancing them through the partnership process, and building lasting district relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Outcome Measures:
• New District Relationships: Managers are accountable for growing new district relationships across their territory. Progress is tracked via CRM logging and reviewed quarterly.
• Revenue Targets: Each Manager is accountable for their territory's revenue target. Progress is monitored via a monthly territory performance report and formally reviewed quarterly.
• Cross-Selling: Managers are expected to drive cross-sell opportunities across service lines; workforce solutions, behavioral and mental health services, professional development, and programmatic support, across their account base. Tracked via CRM opportunity tagging and reviewed quarterly.
• Collaboration: Managers are expected to actively collaborate with internal teams on proposal development and account strategy. Tracked via CRM notes and cross-functional meeting participation, reviewed quarterly.

Responsibilities:
• Own a defined territory and drive progress toward individual and territory goals.
• Serve as a key partner to territory and regional teams, building strong alignment across education partnerships, clinical, operations, staffing, and leadership to advance opportunities and support territory success.
• Develop and maintain relationships with school district leaders, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales processes and solution discussions with prospective clients across workforce, behavioral and mental health, professional development, and programmatic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop strategic proposals, coordinate service recommendations, and ensure solutions reflect district needs and operational capabilities.
• Own individual revenue targets, contribute to broader territory and regional goals, and maintain accurate CRM reporting.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in or closely partnering with K-12 schools, with an interest in special education and behavioral support services.
• Experience in consultative sales, educational partnerships, program development, or solution-based business development preferred.
• Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with district administrators and other stakeholders.
• Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and active-listening skills; proficiency with CRM systems preferred.
