We are hiring a Part-Time BCBA in New Bedford, MA, and the surrounding areas. Join our team to provide exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and help us achieve our mission of Transforming Lives Together!
 
 
Pay: $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Provide interventions in home, school, and community settings
  • Conduct parent education and behavioral assessments
  • Design ABA programs for children with autism
  • Supervise and train ABA Behavior Technicians
  • Support staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification
 
Requirements:
  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA)  
  • Flexible to work with combined home, community, and school caseloads
  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • MA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus!
