Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback and assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills. Complete all records and feedback/ratings within a timely manner. Adhere to professional & ethical best practices Clinical Fellowship Mentor Expectations: Prioritize on-site observation, with virtual methods being used only as a supplement Minimum of 1-2 hours of in-person each month supervision Minimum of 1-2 hours of in-direct clinical support (e.g., documentation review, meetings, sharing resources, etc.) For California - Minimum of 4 hours of in-person each month for full-time Clinical Fellows & 2 hours in-person each month for part-time Clinical FellowAvailability within typical school hours to support the Clinical Fellow Feedback to the Clinical Fellow must be documented.
