As a Recruiter (Career Services Manager), you will be expanding our business by identifying, building, and sustaining strong relationships with candidates.

Pay: $54,000+ per year

In this position you will:
  • Respond to active candidates and source passive candidates to build a robust pipeline 
  • Effectively assess candidates' qualifications and communicate those details to your team members
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by taking the time to understand each candidate's needs and preferences
  • Provide clear and consistent candidate communication; establish expectations throughout the process; respond quickly and thoroughly to candidate questions
  • Communicate compensation offerings and negotiate as needed
  • Manage pipeline workflows and all candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and employees to build strong candidate networks and gain referrals
  • Embrace personal responsibility and accountability among a strongly collaborative environment
  • Meet and exceed your assigned activity, placement, and margin goals/KPIs
 
Qualifications:
  • Fearless and enthusiastic attitude and a supportive collaborator
  • Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems required
  • Experience using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster) 
  • Demonstrate ability to source on LinkedIn and Indeed 
  • Able to manage job boards and marketing/advertising budgets
  • Ability to overcome objectives; strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking & problem solving; ability to achieve results
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong work ethic, including leading by example
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's rapid growth
  • Sales or recruiting experience is required or relevant related skills
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

We are hiring a Client Intake Specialist for a remote position to join our growing teams! Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is transforming the lives of children, families, and communities together through our exceptional therapeutic and behavioral health services. The Client Intake Specialist is expected to perform a variety of duties working with staff throughout the agency.
